Does it work without internet?
Yes. Billing, stock and customer entries are saved on your phone first and sync when you are back online. Nothing you queue is ever dropped.
Is my data safe, and where is it processed?
It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and our staff cannot edit your books. We use processors such as Cloudflare, Neon, Upstash and Resend, some of which process data outside India (for example our database in Singapore). The privacy policy lists each one.
Can I leave whenever I want?
Yes. Full export in every format, including Tally XML, is free on every plan, including Free.
Can I bring my data from Vyapar or myBillBook?

Is e-invoice and e-way bill included?
They are part of every plan, never a paid add-on. Live IRN generation switches on when our GST Suvidha Provider integration completes; until then the feature runs in sandbox and we say so inside the app.
